On average you should expect to receive your package within 7 business days. However, on occasion some shipments may take several weeks due to possible disruptions with international postal services or US customs.
We ask that you be patient and should your package not arrive within a 4 week time period, please call us and we will investigate and provide you with an update and if necessary we will send out a replacement. Although, postal interruption is not within our control, we will continually look to discovering new and improved delivery services to help minimize these issues.
As a suggestion, we recommend that you try to place your order as far in advance as possible such as, 30 - 45 days prior to when you actually need the medication.

In regards to your question because she is a minor yes you have to fill out the necessary forms. On our consent form put your daughters name on it you sign it and write on it that she is a minor. There should be no problems
  23. Why was the medication a different color from the medication purchased in the United States
The manufacturer sometimes takes the prerogative to change the color of the pill or tablet depending on the country it sells to..that is the only difference.
  24. What if the prescription is written for 90 tablets and you sell 100 tablets in the sealed bottle
The pharmacist will use his/her descretion as to whether or not to contact the script writing doctor. Usually, for medication taken for over a three month period, no new script is needed. The pharmacist will allow the 10 extra tablets(caplets, whatever) to be added without additional input from the prescribing doctor. For antibiotics and antivirals which are usually taken for a shorter period, the pharmacist is more likely to have the doctor either up the prescription or to fill the lesser amount. For instance, if the sealed container contains 21 pills and you request 30 pills, we cannot send you 42 but are more likely to contact you and send you 21 unless your doctor ups the prescription to 42.

We usually recommend strongly that you buy antibiotics and antivirals stateside as you usually need them immediately and in smaller dosage than we provide, unless you have an outstanding condition where you need them more often.

  25. Can we order less than amount shown on the website price list?
We only sell prepackaged and sealed medications supplied by the manufacturers. In most cases, you need refills for us to fill your order.

  26. How many different people can be included in one order
We can include up to two people with one order and be sure to fill out a separate release form, and allergy form for each one.
Generic Drugs
We also provide generic drugs. Canada has the same stringent standards as does the United States. Click here for more information. We recommend that you price shop in the United States first for generics as the savings will not be as great as for brand name drugs.
